Product return policy at ShopDunk

The policy is applied to new and used products

A. For new products

New products: iPhones, iPad, MacBook

PRODUCT WITH ERROR DUE TO THE MANUFACTURER (Confirmed by the company)

The first month

From 2nd to 12th month

Send the device for warranty according to Apple's regulations.

The customer returns the device and ShopDunk refunds the money at the price equal to 80% of the selling price on the web at the time of payment. Specially: iPhone, iPad apply the test policy of 15 DAYS 1 FOR 1 EXCHANGE

Send the device for warranty according to Apple's regulations.
The customer returns the device and ShopDunk refunds the money and charges an additional 5% compared to the refund rate when paying in the first month.

For example: In the first month, if the customer returns the product, it will be refunded
at the price equal to 80% of the selling price, then in the second month, if the customer returns
the device, an additional fee of 5% will be charged, so the refund will be 75% of the price on the web
(at the time of payment), the 3rd month of the refund will deduct an additional 5%
to 70%.

B. For used products

Products: iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Apple Watch

Return conditions

Full warranty card (if any) and accessories included
In addition, there are no additional fees.

‘Warranty’ concept

Customers bring the device to ShopDunk's warranty system or bring it directly to the company for warranty/ return. ShopDunk does not come to the place to recall the product.
Depending on the remaining warranty period of the product, ShopDunk will send the device to the manufacturer's warranty center or directly warrant it at ShopDunk Care - ShopDunk’s Apple Authorized Service Provider, partners.
The policy, process and warranty & repair services at ShopDunk are the same as those at Apple.
